Job Description

 

Greet customers at the workshop, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns and record the services required.
Create clear and accurate job cards so technicians can carry out the necessary repairs correctly.
Update customers about the progress of repairs and inform them about the expected delivery time of their vehicle.
Review completed work to make sure it meets quality standards before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
Work toward assigned KPIs related to service sales and customer satisfaction levels.
Track vehicles that arrive at the workshop and monitor those currently under service.
Suggest additional services or preventive maintenance when needed based on the vehicle condition and customer requirements.
Respond to customer questions, concerns or complaints in a professional manner to build trust and maintain long term relationships.

 

Job Requirements

 

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics to help explain repair work and services clearly to customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
Good attention to detail and organizational ability to manage several service cases at the same time.
Ability to stay calm in challenging situations and provide practical solutions for customers.
