Job Description
Provide courteous and efficient assistance to patients both at the clinic reception and through phone communication.
Arrange and coordinate medical appointments, follow up visits and required diagnostic procedures.
Manage the schedules of doctors and specialists while confirming patient attendance ahead of appointments.
Handle medical and administrative records by receiving, organizing and filing documents properly.
Prepare internal reports, notes and other administrative paperwork required for daily operations.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to the clinic’s activities.
Offer administrative support by organizing meetings and ensuring follow up on agreed actions.
Assist with small office purchases, monitor supplies and help manage routine administrative logistics.
Support billing tasks by preparing invoices and receipts and tracking payments from patients and insurance providers.
Assist in managing petty cash and small operational payments according to company guidelines.
Job Requirements
Educational background as a technical or university student in administration, executive secretarial studies, administrative nursing or a related field.
Minimum two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office along with strong customer service skills and clear document writing ability.
