Job Description
Plan and organize the daily activities of the construction team to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Supervise reinforcement tasks and make sure all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Maintain safe working conditions on site and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
Provide regular updates to management regarding work progress, site challenges and any issues affecting operations.
Read and apply construction plans and technical drawings accurately during project execution.
Install and handle reinforcement components required for different structural elements.
Measure and calculate the quantity of building materials needed for each stage of the project.
Prepare and apply cement mixtures where required for structural construction work.
Keep the construction area organized, clean and safe to support efficient operations.
Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to technical guidelines.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in construction work along with the ability to supervise and guide a team.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction documentation.
Knowledge of anchoring techniques and prestressed reinforcement practices.
Willingness to travel for extended business trips within the country when required.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and effective communication skills.
