Job Description

 

Plan daily work activities in advance, follow tasks proactively and record completed results.
Visit clients at their workplaces when necessary to provide quick, efficient and high quality service.
Carry out the initial evaluation process for clients who have been qualified in the system.
Update customer contact details such as phone number, email or address only after proper authorization and confirmation.
Take part in business campaigns coordinated with commercial relationship executives to strengthen connections with assigned companies.
Follow up regularly on the assigned request portfolio, giving priority to cases that require reprocessing or return actions.
Track each stage of the process carefully to improve turnaround time and service efficiency.
Keep clients informed about the progress and final outcome of their personal credit applications.
Maintain clear records of client interactions and follow up activities for internal reporting.

Job Requirements

Completed higher education.
Previous experience in a similar customer service or client management role.
Availability to work mainly in the field, with most time spent visiting clients and a smaller portion on administrative tasks.
Strong sense of responsibility, good organization skills and a strong focus on customer service.
