Job Description
Enter customer contract information into the system carefully while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Process and record internal data promptly to ensure records remain up to date.
Prepare service related documents and required forms for operational use.
Receive incoming information and forward it to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Compile regular reports using system data and information related to assigned tasks.
Assist with daily administrative work to maintain a smooth flow of information between departments.
Ensure all records are organized and properly maintained within the system.
Job Requirements
Ability to understand and process new information quickly.
Strong logical thinking with good attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills for daily coordination.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
