Job Introduction
Prepare and manage shift schedules in the PDC system for assigned units within the healthcare structure.
Work closely with department managers and administrative teams to ensure accurate and efficient workforce planning.
Ensure all schedules comply with working time regulations, collective agreements, and local labor requirements.
Support the implementation, daily use, and improvement of the PDC planning system.
Take part in the daily management and optimization of scheduling processes to improve efficiency.
Identify planning issues and suggest practical solutions to improve workflow and resource allocation.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of schedules.
Assist in improving planning accuracy and system usage through continuous updates and support.
Job Experience
Previous experience with shift scheduling systems, preferably within a healthcare environment.
Knowledge of the PDC rostering system or willingness to learn it quickly.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured approach to work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Good IT skills with interest in working on digital systems and tools.
