Job Introduction
Carry out quality checks at different stages of production including in-process inspections, between operations, and final inspection before dispatch.
Perform accurate quality measurements and ensure all work is done according to defined standards and specifications.
Make sure all measuring and control equipment is properly used, regularly calibrated, and basic maintenance is carried out on time.
Review, analyze, and evaluate customer complaints related to product quality in a thorough and professional manner.
Communicate directly with customers regarding their complaints and actively support the resolution process until the issue is closed.
Job Experience
Higher education is an advantage but not mandatory. Basic to good understanding of quality control principles, procedures, and relevant documentation. Previous experience in the glass industry will be considered a strong plus.
Good command of the English language both written and spoken. Strong willingness to learn, continuously improve skills, and take on new knowledge.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude toward work. Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with different departments when needed.
