Job Introduction
Provide clear and accurate information about Wellness, Spa and Fitness products and services to all guests in a helpful and professional manner.
Guide guests in selecting suitable treatments based on their needs and preferences and explain correct product usage in a simple and easy to understand way.
Supervise and ensure the proper condition, cleanliness, and presentation of all areas within the Wellness and Spa department at all times.
Deliver a friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming experience to every guest from the moment they arrive.
Present available services confidently and in line with established service standards to encourage guest satisfaction and engagement.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints politely and professionally and make sure every concern is addressed in a timely manner.
Manage appointment bookings and ensure all schedules are correctly maintained and kept up to date without any gaps or errors.
Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by the department management and support the smooth daily operation of the department.
Job Experience
Knowledge of at least one foreign language is required and additional languages will be considered an advantage. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
Responsible and self motivated individual with good planning, time management and organizational abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests from different backgrounds.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by the department.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering high quality guest experiences. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when the situation demands.
