Job Introduction
Handle and actively grow the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms including Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts in a consistent and strategic manner.
Plan, create and execute well structured weekly and monthly content calendars that are fully aligned with overall marketing goals and campaign timelines.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams on a regular basis to ensure all content is consistent, on brand and engaging enough to capture audience attention.
Monitor key performance metrics including engagement rate, click through rate and audience growth on an ongoing basis and connect results directly with broader business objectives to measure real impact.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform changes and audience behaviors and use these insights to produce creative and eye catching content that stands out from the competition.
Suggest new content ideas, formats and approaches on a regular basis to continuously improve reach, engagement and overall platform performance.
Job Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in social media management with a visible track record of growing and engaging an audience. Proven ability to write smart, witty and informative content that resonates with different target audiences across various platforms. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, style and format depending on the platform and the message being delivered. Good command of social media analytics tools and solid experience in preparing clear and insightful performance reports for internal review.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently while staying aligned with brand voice and marketing direction.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and content streams at the same time without compromising on quality or deadlines.
Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and boosting strategies will be considered an added advantage.
