Job Description
Manage communication with users through the company website and other online platforms.
Introduce and explain company products and services in a clear and professional way.
Provide correct information and guidance to both potential users and existing customers.
Assist current customers by responding to their questions and offering continuous support when needed.
Receive and handle customer complaints, follow up on each case and work toward a satisfactory solution.
Maintain proper records and prepare basic administrative documents related to customer support activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure user concerns are addressed on time.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in sales or a call center role will be considered a plus but is not required.
Good communication and presentation abilities when dealing with users.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online tools and systems.
Target focused attitude with motivation to achieve assigned goals.
Willingness to learn new skills and improve performance over time.
