Job Description
Review call center performance metrics and prepare regular analytical reports to assess operational results.
Track important indicators and carry out periodic analysis to identify patterns, potential risks and areas that need improvement.
Develop management, performance and compliance reports for assigned processes according to established procedures and work plans.
Provide useful data insights to internal teams to support informed decision making.
Participate in training sessions requested by clients and offer analytical assistance when needed.
Ensure data used in reports is accurate and properly organized for clear presentation.
Job Requirements
Student or graduate in Business Administration or another related field.
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role involving analysis or reporting.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with familiarity with databases and SQL.
Ability to handle data carefully and deliver reports within the required timelines.
