Job Description
Design and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
Monitor operational performance, quality metrics, and service results to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and business partners to support smooth and reliable operations.
Contribute to the development of policies related to data center operations, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing issues proactively and improving service quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and operational workflows.
Assist in evaluating system performance and recommending enhancements for infrastructure and operations.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety requirements, and best practices within the data center environment.
Job Requirements
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience working with data center environments or infrastructure systems such as servers, networks, cooling, and power systems.
Good understanding of quality management systems, process optimization, and project management practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in customer-facing environments.
Leadership mindset with good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
