Job Description

 

Review, organize and enter accounting documents accurately into the accounting system.
Assist with debtor and creditor accounting activities, including checking balances and monitoring advance payments.
Prepare and issue sales invoices according to company procedures and financial guidelines.
Process advance payment documentation and ensure all related records are entered correctly and on time.
Maintain personnel related records and ensure supporting documentation is properly filed.
Manage fuel reports and keep track of route related operational records.
Provide daily support to the chief accountant with routine accounting and financial tasks.
Assist colleagues when needed to help maintain smooth and efficient financial operations.
Ensure accounting records are updated regularly and organized for easy reference.

Job Requirements

Relevant education and practical experience in accounting or finance.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize tasks independently and take responsibility for assigned work.
Ability to work effectively within a team while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Positive and supportive attitude toward colleagues and shared responsibilities.
Experience working with Horizon accounting software will be considered an advantage.
