Job Description
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including collaboration with influencers, partners, and other growth channels.
Identify key platforms, content formats, and focus areas to drive marketing performance and brand visibility.
Lead and manage the marketing team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting team development.
Oversee the full influencer and partnership cycle, including research, selection, negotiations, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
Manage marketing budgets and track key performance metrics such as CPV, CPM, ROI, and engagement using analytical tools.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with bloggers, agencies, and strategic partners.
Test new marketing channels and content approaches to explore innovative growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports covering campaign results, insights, and overall marketing performance.
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals and growth plans.
Job Requirements
Minimum of four years of experience in marketing, including team leadership and performance management.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate program strategies.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, or similar channels.
International exposure or work experience will be considered an advantage.
Proven ability to manage budgets and evaluate marketing performance effectively.
Good command of English at an intermediate level or higher.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
