Job Introduction
Prepare machines, equipment, tools, and the overall work area in a thorough and organized manner before starting the production process each shift.
Operate and adjust production machines according to defined procedures, technical instructions, and set process parameters to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
Monitor pharmaceutical production processes closely and ensure proper control and maintenance of all operating conditions throughout the shift.
Perform washing and preparation of contact packaging materials in line with hygiene standards and internal guidelines.
Record all completed tasks, production activities, and any relevant observations accurately and on time as per internal procedures and documentation requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas, clean corridors, and auxiliary rooms at all times to meet pharmaceutical industry standards and internal housekeeping requirements.
Report any irregularities, machine issues, or process deviations to the supervisor in a timely manner to avoid disruptions in production.
Job Experience
Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food production or similar processing industries is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Willingness to work in a 3 shift system, Monday to Friday, and flexibility to adapt to production schedules when needed. High school diploma in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Food Technology, or a related technical field. Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to following defined procedures and maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced and regulated production environment.
Good level of physical fitness to handle the demands of working in a production setting on a shift basis.
