Job Description

 

 

Handle incoming client inquiries in a professional manner and work on converting potential leads into confirmed sales.
Introduce and explain real estate properties clearly, while carefully identifying the needs and preferences of each client.
Prepare sales agreements and manage all necessary documents required during the property transaction process.
Assist clients through the legal and administrative steps related to property purchases or sales.
Ensure the entire sales cycle runs smoothly by coordinating activities, supporting negotiations and following up on ongoing deals.
Maintain a professional approach in all meetings and communications with clients and business partners.
Keep regular contact with prospects to provide updates and support them throughout the decision making process.

 

Job Requirements

 

Higher education qualification from a recognized institution.
At least three years of practical experience in a similar position within sales or the real estate sector.
Strong negotiation ability with confidence in representing the company during discussions with clients.
Good written and verbal communication skills for dealing with clients and preparing documentation.
Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers.
Goal oriented attitude with the flexibility to adjust to different client expectations and requirements.
