Job Description

 

 

Manage day to day cash activities, ensuring proper control, internal verification, and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Maintain organized records of commercial and administrative documents so that information is easy to track and retrieve when needed.
Perform regular inventory checks each week to review operational supplies and materials used in daily activities.
Assist customers by addressing their questions, providing information, and handling complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
Coordinate the delivery and monitoring of physical as well as digital documents to the appropriate departments or external contacts.
Ensure all records and files are updated regularly to support smooth financial and administrative operations.

 

Job Requirements

 

Bachelor degree in Public Accounting, Financial Engineering, or another related field.
Minimum one year of practical experience in cash handling, verification, and reconciliation tasks.
Basic knowledge of accounting systems and common banking procedures.
Previous work experience in customer support or client facing roles will be considered an advantage.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel along with general computer knowledge for daily office tasks.
