Job Description
Work on improving existing product features and contribute ideas for new design concepts that enhance usability.
Study how users interact with the product and suggest UX improvements to make the overall experience smoother.
Manage and grow the product design system so that design standards remain consistent across all platforms.
Set up and refine internal processes within the design team by defining practical guidelines and workflows.
Plan and organize the workload of designers for upcoming projects, with visibility of priorities for the next few months.
Review design work regularly to make sure the final solutions meet quality expectations.
Guide and support designers in the team, helping them strengthen their skills and grow professionally.
Explain design ideas clearly to stakeholders and ensure everyone understands the design direction.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to deliver well aligned solutions.
Keep proper records of design choices, updates, and project outcomes.
Encourage fresh ideas by suggesting better tools or approaches that can improve the design process.
Take part in brainstorming sessions to explore creative solutions for product challenges.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design or UX UI, with at least 2 years working in a lead or senior role.
Strong ability to organize tasks, review incoming information, and make thoughtful design decisions based on data.
Hands on experience building and maintaining a scalable design system.
Good understanding of user research methods and interface evaluation practices.
Solid visual design ability with close attention to layout, spacing, and overall details.
Creative thinking and a clear understanding of core UI design principles.
Comfortable presenting design work and explaining decisions confidently to stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in a fast paced environment.
