Job Description
Develop and execute visual presentation ideas that support sales promotions and reflect the overall brand image.
Oversee the arrangement of window displays, in store visuals and the general look and feel across retail locations.
Observe customer behavior in stores and recommend visual adjustments that can help increase engagement and improve sales performance.
Coordinate with marketing, operations and design teams to keep store layouts both attractive and practical for customers.
Make sure visual standards are properly applied in all stores and provide guidance to staff on effective display practices.
Visit stores regularly to review visual setups and suggest updates or improvements when required.
Support seasonal campaigns by preparing display plans that match promotional activities.
Job Requirements
Educational qualification in graphic design, interior design, marketing, architecture or another related discipline.
Minimum three years of experience in a similar position related to retail presentation or visual merchandising.
Experience managing small teams and working with vendors as well as internal departments.
Good working knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp or similar software.
Creative thinking ability with strong attention to visual detail and presentation quality.
